Online Event Manual
The MWC Shanghai Event Manual is your guide to all rules, regulations, stand and venue information to ensure our exhibitors and partners have a smooth build-up and successful show.
The 2024 Event Manual is currently under construction and is scheduled to go live by late March 2024. Once this is live, the main contact of your company will be sent login and password details allowing you access to all the necessary information, products and services.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor & Partner Invitation System
Exhibitors, sponsors and partners will be contacted by email with information on how to access the GSMA Exhibitor & Partner Invitation System. You can invite your guests and register your own staff, once it goes live. The system live update will also be announced in the exhibitor resources.
Submit Entry
Exhibitor Profiles & Listing
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to submit entry which will then be part of the exhibitor listing on the official MWC Shanghai website, etc. As soon as the event manual goes live, you will be able to upload your profile (and logo if applicable). You will find full instructions on this process in the manual.
