Mark is Technology Sector leader in Deloitte with more than 24 years of professional service experience focusing on clients in TMT industries. He helped many famous technology companies on their IPO or audit business. He specializes in US GAAP/IFRS reporting, IPOs, and the related SEC filings. He has extensive knowledge in the US capital markets and associated accounting rules, and had helped a number of Chinese foreign private issuers listed in the US capital market. Mark was transferred from Deloitte’s Capital Markets practice in the US, where he had served several major clients in various audit support and advisory projects.
