Speaker Bio

Mr Jun LI received his doctor's degree in photogrammetry and remote sensing from Wuhan University. He served as deputy chief engineer of China Electronics and Information Industry Development Research Institute, as well as deputy director of Planning and Technology Department, director of Planning and Technology Department (Office of Science and Technology Commission), director of General Office, and director of General Management Department, all affiliated to  China Electronics and Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. He is currently professor level senior engineer and serves as Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation.
