Graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University, majoring in information and communication engineering, and received a PhD degree in engineering. He is currently the vice president of China Mobile (Chengdu) Institute of Research and Development, a professor-level senior engineer, a member of the China Communications Society, the secretary-general of the IEEE UAV Applications and Communications Standards Committee, and the chairman of the GSMA UAV Working Group (DIG). Received both national and Sichuan Province’s "May 1st Labor Medal", and held State Council Government Special Allowance. Won the second prize of National Technological Invention Award, the first prize of Science and Technology Award of China Institute of Communications, the Outstanding Talent Award of Network and Information Security of China Institute of Communications, and more than ten provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievement awards, and published more than ten SCI and EI papers as the first author. As the chief designer of the research and development of China Mobile's 5G-Powered drone products, Leading the research and development of China's first 5G-Powered drone cloud, network, and terminal product system, Including China's first airborne dedicated 5G communication terminal "Hubble One", China's first 5G-based drone cloud management and operation platform "China Mobile Link Cloud", and 5G network covering drone routes. It has been promoted and applied in related industries in mainland China, Hong Kong and Greece.
