Sun Lixin, the chairman and CEO of Baicells, has over 20 years of experience across wireless telecommunications technologies and served as the chairman of ITU-R WP5D, ITU-R SG5, APT AWG, contributed extensively to global 2G CDMA, 3G 1xRTT, UMTS, HSPA and 4G LTE radio interface standards and network architecture design. “Connect More with Less” is his vision to make affordable wireless broadband connection accessible to everyone and everywhere. Before he founded Baicells Technologies, he served as Huawei Fellow and the head of Strategy and Standard dept.
