Currently the Chairman of China Unicom Vsens Communication Co., Ltd. Graduated from the Computer engineering Department of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a major in computer communication, and graduated from the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University with a master's degree in business administration. He has successively served as the deputy general manager of the asset operation department of China Unicom and the general manager of China Unicom Vsens Communication Co., Ltd.
