Editor-in-chief of the communications weekly, member of the Publishing Expert Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Graduated from the Department of Radio Engineering at Sichuan University with a Master's degree in Communication Engineering and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Electronic Science and Technology. He is a short-term visiting scholar at the University of Denver in the United States. Since 1996, I have been engaged in interviews, reporting, communication planning, theme promotion, and research analysis in the information and communication industry in central industry media and national think tanks. I have served as the director of the editorial department, deputy editor in chief, and editor in chief. I have been closely following the development of the communication industry for a long time, witnessing the development, transformation, and innovation of China's communication industry since 1996. I have participated in and led the reporting and thematic dissemination of several major events in the communication industry, and have written a large number of industry analyses and comments that affect the direction of industry development and transformation. Planning and hosting multiple industry benchmark events such as the China Communications Industry Conference, Communications Industry Rankings, China Mobile Phone Design Competition and Swan Award, advocating the concept of "news driven industry" full media development, and promoting the development of research oriented reporting and think tank based media.
