Speaker Bio

Michael Yan has nearly 20 years of experience in telecommunications and cyber security domain. He got his master degree of UCL in the early 2000s, where his research was mainly focused on data communications, networks and distributed systems. He is a cross disciplinary expert and with rich hands on activities in mobile networks and Internet security, till now he has obtained over 20 patents by his excellent contributions.Currently, he is primarily focusing on 5G security in terms of security standards, total solutions and products to accelerate the development of 5G applications and build 5G digital security platform for critical infrastructure, especially to resolve and mitigate the security concerns from mobile operators and industry applications users.
