Speaker Bio

Mr. Lu Xueyong, founder of Fangxin Capital, holds an MBA degree from Tsinghua University and a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Dalian University of Technology. Mr. Lu Xueyong has over 20 years of industry and investment experience in the high-tech industry, and has focused on investing in early and growth stage innovative start-ups in the information technology field. He has led investments in more than 50 start-up companies, including Focuslight Technology, JoinQuant, Boson Data, Zhonggan Micro, and Hyperions Tech. He has also served as a board member in dozens of invested companies, with some portfolio successfully exiting through IPO or M&A. Prior to this, Mr. Lu worked at the renowned domestic investment institution Pine VC, as well as at renowned IT companies such as Datang Telecom, Ericsson, and Nortel Networks.
