Victor Sheng-Li Hou is the director of Cisco Systems, Inc. and the system engineers leader of Greater China. He joined Cisco in 1998 and served as the technical manager of FSI, Public Sector, Enterprise, energy and other business units, leading a team to support key customers and industries across the country. Victor has more than 25 years of rich experience, especially in the field of computer and network communication. He has participated and presided over a number of largescale network communication projects, such as large-scale enterprise global networks and Data Centers/Private Clouds, bank backbone networks and Private Clouds/Hybrid Cloud, university campus and smart campus. He leads the team to continuously innovate, supports the digital transformation of customers, and has an in-depth understanding of IT overall networks, enterprise hybrid cloud architecture, smart factories and other fields. He also has rich insights and experience in technical fields such as 5G and Wifi. At the same time, in the field of SP and OTT industries, he has presided over the construction of data centers, cloud construction and backbone network construction of Top OTT customers. As the vice chairman of the New Engineering Committee of the Ministry of Education, he actively promotes the development of SDN technology in the education industry. He has been an expert judge of the China University Computer CompetitionNetwork Technology Challenge for 4 consecutive years, supporting the compilation and promotion of SDN teaching materials. As a director of the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance, he supports customers' digital transformation including smart factories & supply chain management reforms.
