Zhiren Fu

Speaker Bio

Zhiren Fu is the deputy dean of the China Telecom Research Institute. He holds a Doctor of Science and is a professor-level senior engineer. He has long been engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) research and management. He has won many awards such as Special Government Allowances of the State Council, Shanghai Leading Talents, A-level Talents of the Company Group, and the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. He is currently a senior member of the China Institute of Communications and the vice chair of the IEEE Shanghai Section.
