Speaker Bio
Gen Cao received his PhD degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. As a member of Radio Access Network Group of China Unicom Science and Technology Committee, he has extensive knowledge and working experience in 4G, 5G and key technology research, standardization and verification. He is the principal researcher of China Unicom Research Institute, and he serves as Vice Chair of 3GPP TSG RAN3.
